Each wreath is shipped in its own individual box. Boxes are measured and weighed prior to shipment to ensure accurate shipping costs.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Ready-to-ship items are typically packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days. Any custom or made-to-order item will include its processing time in the individual listing.
Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as each wreath is handmade especially for you.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Yes, we do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. However, free shipping or flat-rate shipping does not apply to these locations due to box size and weight.

Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Neilani's Craft House within 48 hours and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will assist you with the carrier claim and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
